Socom Tuesday!

Its that day, so link up peeps! Last week was an excellent turnout, I know we got alot of people on holiday break who may be doing things but lets try to continue this otherwise lets make it just as strong come 2009!

Luke Skywalker lives on!

Luke Skywalker, sorry, Mark Hamill has signed up to voice the Joker in the new Batman game which is scheduled for release in summer 2009. Kevin Conroy has also signed on as the voice of the Dark Knight himself so the new game seems like it will have a decidedly “Animated Series” feel to it with Paul Dini writing too.

Batman: Arkham Asylum has as much potential as anything with Batman in it to be awesome and the inclusion of Conroy and Hamill will ensure the best possible voice acting for the game. Apparently the plot revolves around a break out at Arkham and will presumably be closely matched to the Arkham Asylum Graphic Novel by Dave McKean and (I think) Grant Morrison. Expect a slightly darker and less camp Batman than you might be used to.

Socom Tuesday Was In Full Force Last Night!!

Hats off to all the guys who showed up for Socom Tuesday! I'm sure the Socom Loyalists really appreciated it. (Max, Darth, Booger, Bailey, Elusive) ... I'd mention Baked but I dont know if he ever got in on it after I left.

It was alot of fun guys and hopefully we can keep it up ... although the holidays may put a snag in our plans but January seems promising!

It will be a private match ala not ranked, RESPAWNS ON! ... After a good bit of that, if folks wanna change it to elimination or goto ranked, so be it ....
